The Beginning of My Journey

After 3 heartbreaking years of TTC our first child together and having no baby to show for it I have decided to make a major change in my life; I am going to loose weight. I don't know for sure if my weight is the reason I have been unable to conceive, but I do know it is a good place to start. My health insurance will not cover infertility treatments and after taking my 100mg of B6 daily for 2 years with no result of pregnancy logically this seems like my next step in my TTC Journey.

I actually started this journey of loosing weight 2 weeks ago and I am proud to say that I have gone from 238lbs to 232lbs in that time. It feels really good to type that! My goal is to be down below 220lbs by the end of February, baby steps.

I am tired of sitting around and being upset, crying or being angry, I have to take things in my hands and make some healthy changes for myself. So here's to loosing more baggage! I can't wait!
